Be patient, the closer you get to your target the slower the pounds will typically come off.
CHANGE YOUR ROUTINE! Take a yoga class if you don't already do yoga. Do some sort of activity on a regular basis that your body is not used to doing.
15% of what? If you're a tiny petite person who should only eat 1200 calories then 15% is 180 calories a day. Divide that by 3500 calories that it takes to lose a pound....When you started losing weight that 15% went toward that magic pound number a lot quicker then it does now. Good point. Wish I was petite. 178 lbs. burning around 2700 daily (I think ), trying to keep my consumption under 2300. Which is easy most days, but I tend to blow up about 2 days a week, and eat like crap. I know its the diet. It's really time consuming and labor intensive to eat healthy! I'm is sales so i'm on the road alot. that is when I really struggle with the diet. |
