Not quite as comfortable as my open water swim 2 weeks ago... a lot more traffic (bigger race) and while my swimming has improved by leaps and bounds (6 minutes off swim time from same race last year), there are definitely more bodies to contend with in the middle of the pack than when I was bringing up the rear last year. Felt a little woozy coming out of the water.

A horrible run for me...3 minutes faster than any of my 5K splits this year. had a stitch on my right side the entire time I could not shake and could not seem to get my pace up.
What would you do differently?:
