the usual. organized. felt a bet nervous.

swim felt o.k. lots of drama with someone from our wave struggling shortly after the start and yelling for help. THEN someone was like a gnat round me. ALWAYS too close either on my right or right in front. had to try really really hard to not swear.
What would you do differently?:

lose the gnat.

good ride. hard to see in the sideways pelting rain. tried to adjust my speed thing on the front fork and knocked it into the went flying about 30 feet into someones yard.

nice smooth run in the puddles and pelting rain. not a contest with heat. i'll take rain any day!

nada. good steady run. 1st 6 miles. yay! 3-4 all the way!

maybe the rain on the bike. everything else i'm happy with.
