I really want to get another OWS in before Sunday- are other folks up for a Trout Lake swim on Thursday evening?  Here's hoping!

I have a hard enough time swimming in a straight line without dragging a bunch of bells, so I'll leave mine at home.

Well, in the spirit of continuing to try to eject my cranium from my rear orifice, I think I will emerge from isolation and hobble down to the lake.

Remind me what time again?  Work's a little sketchy but I think I can be there by 5:30.......

The radar (on accuweather, my preffered source) looks sketchy, with a swath of rain headed this way from the west.

Emergency dental visit... wisdom tooth issues apparently.  My headaches and lack of sleep are getting to me and I need this fixed ASAP.

I'm going to be a party pooper today...I've run 4.2 miles and had a great workout with the Fred Man...stomach is a bit off, so I'm opting for school shopping instead....that's gonna cost me a WHOLE lot more than gas back and forth to ILRA!!!

Hey thanks you guys!  I'm so glad I toddled my beehind out there and hobbled down to Trouth Lake.  Brrrrrrr, summer's closing fast!  Who knows how many more of these we'll get in!

Nice workout - glad to see Kimm, Sushi, Andrea and everyone else who blew me out of the water   I'm reading this book about training for the Ironman and in it they talk about strength training and how when you first start that you're likely to get slower until you're muscles adjust.   How right they are!
