Subject: IM BACK DAVE!okay here is my updates dave! okay swim started on the 24th for me.... everyday 3-7 swim 3-5 half hour break to change and eat and what not then what we call dry land (530-7)...which consists of running...tons of push ups...lifting...abs..ect. we have swim meets every wednesday at all different high schools and also at whitnall. conference isnt until october..along with sectionals...and state the first week in november. Im dying of soreness. our workouts usually consist of 5-7 thousand yards a day...give or take. |
