Subject: Rest,Sleep and TrainingI have been on the 2nd shift from 5:30pm-2am for about a month now and been training about 4 days a week alternating between bike/run/swim/strength training. How mauch rest should I be geting? I get about 5-6 hours of sleep a day. should I be giving myself more rest days? I'll be doing my first tri in July with my husband and we are slowly statrting to train and get into it. It is a fun thing!  I use to swim and run in high school so it all seems easy to me. the bike is where I see the issue. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. |
