Subject: Long Run This Sunday 9/13 at KMP. Anyone interested?

 I will be out at KMP running 11 miles or so at an 11:30 pace (est.).  Would anyone be intrested in joining me?  I would like to meet at 9AM at the East Boat launch and start from there.  It was nice cooling off in the lake after the run this past weekend, so I think that will be my fall tradition!

I will be doing a 16 miler this weekend but more leaning toward Saturday.  11:30 pace sounds great!  If my plan fall through I will be joining you guys. 

I believe part of the KMP loop closed?

So Danger Ranger Dave brought to my attention that the Tortoise and the Hare supported run is a loop of 11 miles.   Too perfect and free. 

Thoughts? 

I would not be adverse to doing the supported run... how about you?

Wish I could join you Jen!  I'll be chaperoning string camp in Fenton with my orchestra babies!  A blast....YES.  But I will miss running with YOU!!!  Have a great one girly!

Do the T&H run!  I heard all the cool kids are doing it...

And...you want to do an 11 miler, they've got an 11 mile course...sounds perfect to me!

looks very promising.  The problem is how I squeeze extra 5 miles out of the 11 loop. 

If I didn't make tonight's run I will be doing my 16 miler Saturday.  Otherwise I will do my 6 miler today and 16 Sunday.

Yup, me and Eric will be there...maybe a couple other friends from the old Saturday Hines Dr. crew.  You can just double back and create any length course that you want.  I'll post a map to the other thread.

I am thinking of doing 11 on Saturday.  I have no idea really.  I just really want to run.
