Gold's Gym Madison - Free Swim Classes

Hi Everyone -

Gold's will be starting their aquatics program next week with Mark Peterson from Swimfast.  You do not need to be a member at Gold's to try these out or to join them next week.  I'm a bit late, but there are a few classes you can attend for free today and tomorrow - here is the note from Mark -

Also, anyone can participate in the free classes this week.  There is no fee and participants do not need to be members of Golds Gym.
