Miami Man 1/2 Iron Triathlon : Official Thread

I am coming in from Chicago to race the Miamiman 1/2 - is anyone coming in from out of town early to do some riding?- need route advice!  How about the lake - is it open for swimming prior? thanks - would like to talk to anyone about this race!
