Subject: RE: Race tomorrow, need adviceI am a bit on the over-organize side of things, but here goes: - Remember the essentials tonight (in order, what you need for each leg - in detail) - make sure you bring it along (if you forget your racebelt, like "a friend" did, that is stressful raceday).
- Think about how you want to arrange your transition area (shoes where, helmet where, etc)
- Nutrition - what you want on the bike and run
- Check the entry and exit for each segment of the race from transition when you get on site -it looks different when you steam in off the bike.
As this is your first sprint - remember no matter what happens, enjoy the day. My new motto: We are the luckiest people in the world. |
