Swim
Comments: I swallowed some water toward the end. There were 2 per lane. I swam with the same guy that I swam with last time. He and I stayed with 1 or 2 body lengths of each other the whole time. I got in front of him on the last 150 yards. What would you do differently?: Work on breathing Transition 1
Comments: I had a little trouble with my socks. I need to dry my feet off better before putting them on. I got to the race early and got a good position in the transition area. This helped alot. What would you do differently?: Dry my feet off better or go sockless. Bike
Comments: I was slow for the first 4-6 miles (14-15 MPH), then something clicked in my head. I got in the aero position position and pushed 19-21 MPH on most of the ride back. What would you do differently?: Do more swim to bike bricks Transition 2
Comments: I did this pretty well. Everything came off easy. Shoes on a big gulp of water then sprinted out of T2. What would you do differently?: Not much Run
Comments: I didn't walk, but I couldn't get my rubber legs to really run a 8.5 min mile. The first mile was ~9 min/mile. The second mile was a ~10 min/mile and the last 1/2 was ~9.5 min/mile What would you do differently?: More bricks Post race
