Pre-race routine:

Got there in time to setup transition area, put on wetsuit and that is about it.
Event warmup:

Got out in the water, swam 25-30m at most.

Comments:

The swim was long, supposed to be 800m, but was more like 950-1000m. I probably added another 100m on top of that, I was sighting off others which was a mistake, came close to shore well far away from where I was supposed to end up. I felt like I was struggling most of the race.
What would you do differently?:

I only felt like I got into a rhythm briefly, should have focused more on my rotation and rhythm.

I'm estimating the transition time, this was probably on the low end, I felt very slow through transition.
What would you do differently?:

Get out of my wetsuit quicker.

Felt pretty strong on the bike, the fastest I've gone in a race. I was worried I would have nothing left for the run but I was fine.

Go faster of course!

This transition felt fast, but it could have been quicker, long distance from dismount to my transition area, which is why it probably felt long.
What would you do differently?:

Just be quicker of course!

A water stop would have been nice, but we went through the transition area, I was just too lazy or rushed to stop :P
What would you do differently?:

Fuel belt wasn't necessary, but a little drink in the middle with a gel would have been nice at least psychologically.
