Seren - 2009-12-15 7:41 PM Went for a 3 hour hike on Sunday.  Probably picked up some points because it was cold and windy but alas when I went to weather underground today, it wouldn't show me what Sunday's weather was.  I was too tired on Sunday to look and too busy on Monday.

They have a history page - mid page most likely (in the area where you select which weather station) and you can pick todays date or go back in history.

Let me know if you need more specific directions.

Thanx Bill!  I got it all figured out! I am back in the game!

Come on Susan, I know you will catch up. One long run in the snow and you will be up here.

Ah....a cold snap! Just what i wanted. Enjoyed a lovely run in the sun today....it was -18F with the windchill, 0F  otherwise. And know what? It was not that bad. In fact it fun. Yes......I am aware that I have a warped definition of fun!

I yes, I enjoyed my 2 weeks of sub 0F fun. Now back up to above freezing in Calgary and wearing shorts again.

My row updates.  Do you tab after updating?

I got a 2 hr run in today, but it was 50* out.  Loved it!

I hit "return" is that what you mean?...the Dec total changes with the addition of a workout.....but the final tally does not. Maybe its a Mac thing. Safari is finicky. I may try and update using Firefox.....

The formula was not in your block - I added it in there.  Should be good to go now.

Thanks Bill it works now. Of course....I am trailing so far behind all of you rock stars....but oh well....may as well tally it up anyway!

Hey Peeps! I'll bet some of us all get to potentially rack up some points with this big storm in the MidWest area over the next couple days. I think its out in Utah/Colorado area now.I want snow but they say some rain/freezing etc.. then snow. UGH. Bad for travel and xmas activities... But...if its not too icy (hey, I draw a line with ice ) I just may get out there and run some. We'll see... if my son gets us up at 4am on xmas...I may be too tuckered out for anything more than lifting a fork to my mouth all day

Can I get in?  I ran 80 minutes on Wednesday in 28 degree weather with snow!  I might need help with the spreadsheets and everything, (not computer savvy)  I really don't want to run 90 laps at the wellness center ever again!!!  Now I have my Yaktrax and they work great!  I am training for a half-marathon in April or May and I really need to get my long runs in even if it is cold out there.  Thanks for considering my late entry.

Dang I keep missing the snow falling - just get to run in the aftermath of slush and snow covered roads.
