Swim
Comments: I felt like my breathing was better than previous races, I tried to avoid lifting my head as much. I was disappointed how quickly the pack pulled away however. My pace per 100m improved but I still came out of the water towards the very bottom of the pack. What would you do differently?: Keep getting swim lessons, slower/longer strokes. Transition 1
Comments: My sense of urgency in T1 still isn't what it should be. Wetsuit did come off quicker this time. What would you do differently?: Continue to practice T1. I didn't set up my bike computer properly until I was leaving the transition area, this should have been done when I initially set up my transition, that is what I get for rushing! Bike
Comments: The most technical course I've raced thus far. Started to feel slight more comfortable with aero position on downhills. What would you do differently?: Practice my turning and cornering more, I often have to swing really wide. Transition 2
Comments: T2 felt fast, but only in comparison to T1. I took too much time to down a quick gel and suck down some water, should have just done it on the course. Not biggie though. What would you do differently?: Go faster! Run
Comments: This was my fastest run leg to date. My first time running in my new K-Swiss, they felt so light which was very motivating. What would you do differently?: Keep running faster! Post race
Warm down: Walk to get goodies is about it, some minor stretching. What limited your ability to perform faster: The swim as usual. Last updated: 2009-10-03 12:00 AM

Not so much, got up, packed up the car, had a banana and half a bagel with PB. Woke up way too early.
No real warmup other than the swim out to the wading start.
