Given that it doesn't work on their test page, I'd recommend calling Garmin Customer Support.

I tried using internet explorer this morning, rather than Firefox which I usually use.  IE worked fine except it couldn't find my garmin either to download my workout today.  Went back to FF and it found it fine.  Does that help any?
