Swim
Comments: Slow swim. My last race I felt gassed after swim, this time I went too slow. Will work on pacing over the winter. What would you do differently?: A little more pace in the middle of the swim. I went too slow down the back stretch! Swim needs work. Transition 1
What would you do differently?: More speed in t-1. Need to go without socks Bike
Comments: Good ride. Happy with results. What would you do differently?: More aggressive in the corners and better gearing selection Transition 2

Comments: The run was ok, but sections were very tight, passing on coming runners on a very skinny sidewalk. What would you do differently?: Run, run, run. I do not do enough run training. Post race
Warm down: Stretched, fluids, tear down transition. Went to Lake!! What limited your ability to perform faster: I still feel my weight to strength ratio is bad. I will do more run training this winter. Hope to race at 180-185 lbs range, instead of 195-200. Event comments: Very nice race location. Volunteers were the best! Stayed in Vermillion, so, well rested, set up transition, seemed like a long run from end of swim to T-1. Picked up my race packet the day before, so just got numbered.
A little stretch and swim, ready to go!
