Comments: stayed at a good pace in middle of pack What would you do differently?: pickup speed Transition 1
Comments: first time on race that I left shoes attached to bike worked out well, mainly on the speed allowed to run to the mounting spot, What would you do differently?: practice transitions more Bike
Comments: lost aerobar Left arm rest off the bat - so i couldn't get aero in the race, What would you do differently?: if I lose anything again, I will have to sacrifice the time and return to get it or else risk losing it again like I did with the arm rest Transition 2
Comments: a little out of control, but FAST, lost shoe at T2 entrance, (cop saved it for me) What would you do differently?: nothing Run

Warm down: walking around very little stretching What limited your ability to perform faster: running speed, losing arerest on bike Event comments: i honestly didnt stay for the series awards, however, race awards were being given in a very informal manner while the kids tri was taking place. all of the events of this series were rather hectic Last updated: 2009-08-11 12:00 AM
