Comments: Good run, hard to judge pace.... I didn't want to go out too hard, but with a downhill start, I knew I needed to be fast. It was tough to call. I felt worked on the way back, but then I think that was more of a fitness (lacking) issue. The run was a benchmark run, I know I can do better with more training. I didn't set any records (or PR's) but given my current running fitness, I'm happy with the result. What would you do differently?: Train more for running!  Post race

Arrived early for late registration.
Stayed hydrated and walked the expo.
20 minute easy warm-up with a couple of efforts to get the blood flowing and did some thorough stretching
