After my breakfast settles a little bit here, I'm gonna go get in one more ghoulish run for the month.

I've also been challenged to get to 500 posts by the end of the month, so I'll be trolling ghouling around BT for a good part of the day as well. At least when I'm not carving pumpkins and trick or treating with my short people.

Okie dokie... my internet connection seems to have cought mono, because it's slow as molasses right now. I'll let it think about what it's done while I go out for one more October run.

I'm not Neal but I am a fellow Big Ten football junkie...and they are playing Indiana...last I heard Iowa was trailing 21-7

I got a nice 4 mile pace run in today. I'm pretty pumped that I finished at my goal "race pace" even with all the hills around here. Thank you, all of you, for helping me to get to over 56 miles this month - more than 15 miles more than my previous monthly record. You have all been very motivating, and I know for a fact that there was more than one day where I'd almost talked myself out of a run but I didn't want to let you guys down.

BTW - those silly Reapers are thinking that they're going to steal our title away from us on the last day. They've snuck ahead by about 1.5% but I know there are some of you who still have a run to do today. Get those sessions logged so we can rightfully claim what is ours. GREAT MONTH EVERYONE!!!!

Hmm... I'm a little low on scary stories. I was thinking of posting some song lyrics tonight, but perhaps I should do it now...

This song is by a guy who calls himself Voltaire. I don't really know anything about him, but apparently he wrote this song as a lullaby for his kid. You can listen to it if you do a search on youtube. It's called Goodnight, Demon Slayer...
