Comments:

I had not done my long runs leading up to this race so I was not real sure of what was possible. I started out with 4:30 pace group so that I would not get caught up and head out to fast and die. Stayed with the group till around 15ish I think I planned to not stop running till 16 miles. Got to 16 and felt good (all things considered) and decided to run to 18 and at 18 deccided to go to 20 and see if I needed to walk. Got to 20 and was going to use the iPod for the last 6 but the ipod acted up so no tunes, which was no big deal beacause the crowds are great. Got to 21.4 and the wheels feel off and had to start the walk/run/jog/walk.
But all in all happy with my time and it was better than my last MCM time.
What would you do differently?:

TRAIN and od my long runs
Post race
Warm down:

Walk

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Not doing my long runs

Event comments:
