started tro cramp almost instantly off of the bike...both calves cramped...then at mile 1.5, bad side stitches but i pressed on

Swim was horrible, but race was well run overall. Relayers had to wait a LONG time to race, and awards were late in the day (afternoon) which made for a long day.
