I'm interested if there is one ? and if you would recommend a one stop shop.

Nothing in Burnaby that I know of.  Tri3sports in Port Moody is good.  Speed Theory in Vancouver is pretty good too.  Also check out Pacific Multisports on Main in Vancouver.

That is a sweet bike VanCityJ has for for sale but I'm 6'1 and probably a bad fit that speed demon.

VanCityJ is selling his tri bike, if it fits you it will be a great deal.  He's very fast

Agree with the suggestions for tri shops, but I've never had a good experience in Speed Theory.  Maybe if you actually LOOK like a "triathlete" they will talk to you ... Other bike shops (like Bicycletta) sell tri bikes too, so don't just limit yourself to the tri shops.  Check out trigeeks.ca for gear & stuff - their customer service is top notch.

I agree with La Bicicletta over Speed Theory.  For a one stop shop, it's convenient, but you can get the bike gear at La Bicicletta and the running gear at the Running Room on Marine and Byrne.  It's a long trip to get swimming gear in North Van at Team Aquatic Supplies.

Thanks for the plug Doc! But I agree Docker, you may be a bit big for my bike!

Definitely look around when you're looking for a bike. I find some of the dedicated Tri stores to be a bit Snobbish. I bought all my bikes from Different Bikes because I really enjoy dealing with them on a day-to-day basis. Most local bike shops can order in a lot of bikes that they don't stock, just ask!

My $.02!
