Pre-race routine:

Arrived 20 minutes before race start (thank you mapquest), had to wait in line to pick up my race packet and another one to get my bike and helmet inspected. Ate at 4:00 AM, didn't eat again until after the race. Didn't have time to go to the port a pots, the lines were too long. Had to use T1 to do that.
