Doh! I totally forgot to eat this morning...which is really not like me since I live for food. But I got to the race, registered and dropped off my bag, and about 15 min before start my stomach started growling...that is the moment I remembered that I hadn't eaten anything...I did ok, until about mile 4...then it took its the end of the race I really thought I was going to dry heave...but I didn't, thank goodness the goody bag at the end had an energy bar in it...
What would you do differently?:

Eat! not have the swine flu a month before the race
Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster:

bad nutrition, recovering from illness

Event comments:

This year was much better organized than last year. Last year registration was a mess, the course was a nightmare. This year, they allowed people to pick up their bibs early which alleviated the huge lines at race day registration / bib pick up...
