I added myself and my friend Anne that will be with me. Won't speak for Erin and Chad, but I bet they are in as well. I will have to look up the name of the place we went to last year (marios or something like that) and this NOT where we want to go this year. Service was HORRIBLE!

yeah it was marios' on seawall.  and yeah its not good.  but the mario's on 61st is one of the best restaurants on the island. and very close moody gardens.

This place looks pretty good.  Reasonable prices.  Not sure where it is in relation to Moody gardens, but the Island is not all that big.

This place is in what used to be a Taco Bell. Draw your own conclusion about that. To be fair, I haven't eaten there.

Hmmm...did not know that.  Rik, you seem to have the low-down on the places to go.  Would you mind posting a few links to options so we can check out the menu?

KathyG - 2010-04-13 4:09 PM Today I ordered an aero disc cover to put on my Zipp 404s for the race. Hope to try them out as I plan to use that combination at IMFL and Lonestar is sort of a test. Wind tunnel testing show it works just as good as a Zipp sub 9 disc and for $100 much cheaper.

What is everyone riding for the race?
