Tomorrow I am repeating the same long run I did last week, hoping for better results.

Let us know if you need a ride, you'd have a DD.

I'm going to be Mr Pacer.

Going to pace a friend to a 1:34 or so half, then head back out to mile 20 or 21 and run my sister in on the full.

My training has fallen behind...I did the San Antonio Rock n Roll half and have struggled to get back into things after that.  Where do you Copperfield folks do your long runs?  I've been running with a group that meets at memorial and it's getting old to have to wake up at 4am on Saturdays to drive half an hour to run.  Some days I've just done my own thing down at Terry Hershey or at the trail at Patterson Road.

I live in Copper Grove and run through to West Road then take Sunny Ridge over to Longenbaugh.  Depending on the length of the run I then take Longenbaugh south to 6 and then north to Barker Cypress with a little jaunt west on Queenston to add a little.  We don't run as a group since we all tend to run at different times but we all run Lonenbaugh for most our run.

I'll be doing the 1/2 as well.  So far, so good with the training.  I did 11 last week (was supposed to do 10, but the route was long) and doing 12-13 this week and then tapering, woohoo!

Oh and I'm also planning to head over to Memorial Park to cheer on some friends running their 1st full after I'm done!  I'm so excited for them!

My 12 year old son and I will be walking the Half!  We've had some issues with training; work and school get in the way of everything fun!!!
