Pre-race routine:

got up @ 3;30am(race was about an hr and half drive)! Ate an orange and a banana when I got up and started right away back on the water. Ate another banana about 4;30. Protein bar at 6:00am. Slammed a Rocktane about 30 minutes before and 10 minutes before I hit the water.

What would you do differently?:

Been a little less courteous in the pool with people stopping at the wall to "assess" the situation.

Couldve pushed 164 on the HR wasn't sure of course after all the climbs on the bike! Even though I ran with my HR averaging about 5 lower, I shaved over 2 minutes off my last run due to the Maffetone method!
What would you do differently?:

Push a bit more on the run!

Warm down:

Ate alot of oranges, walked alot and hit up Subway, got cheese on my sandwich! Lol! Try to have a balance in my post race meal!

What limited your ability to perform faster:
