Swim
Comments: Good swim. Got a little off approaching the first right hand turn, but then everything was good. What would you do differently?: sight a little better. goggles fogged up. probably could have gone a little harder. Transition 1
Comments: Transition was kind of a long run and was a little slick - it had rained a lot the night before and the grass was really wet and there was a lot of mud. What would you do differently?: not much. messed with putting on bike gloves and then decided not to - that was the only real slow part I had to the transition. Bike
Comments: Course was fun. The in and out on the transition was kind of long and messy. The turns were really kind of fun - never really liked them before. Got my stomach messed up at the end - popped a gel too soon after a piece of cliff bar and it wouldn't get out of my stomach. What would you do differently?: Drink water or not eat cliff bars. Transition 2
Comments: Transition was good. Just wanted to puke really bad. What would you do differently?: Work more on nutrition. Run
Comments: Stomach was full and I really wanted to puke. Made running hard. Couldn't drink any more of anything until about mid way through the second loop. What would you do differently?: Work on nutrition. Post race
Warm down: Stretch. Accelerade. Water. What limited your ability to perform faster: Full stomach. was having a great race until the end of the bike. I maybe should stick with liquid nutrition - no bars. Event comments: Good Race. Lots of things going on. Extremely well run for as many different people as were participating.
