Just purchased my first HRM. Wondering when you should take your true resting heart rate. For me it ranges from 84 walking around the house to 75 sitting on my couch to 55 when I wake up in the morning. Which one of these should I use?
When they refer to resting heart rate, it's usually taken as soon as you wake up and before you get out of bed, or begin to engage in "other" activities.
