I got lost. Turned at the wrong bouy. Swam an extra 400 yards (not refleted in recorded swim distance.
What would you do differently?:

Turn at the right bouy. Pay more attention.

Not wear camelbak

Because the swim put me so far behind, I got to pass lots of slow people on bikes. Had fun going 20 mph uphill for a short spell.

Ride a little harder.

Forgot to unlace/untie shoes. Cost me at least one minute at t2.
What would you do differently?:

Unlace my shoes. Loosen my bike shoes earlier.

Did much better than expected. I was expecting to have to walk a large part, but only walked on a few of the down hills. Then I would charge up hill.

Wear socks. Got some bad blisters.

Dispite my mistakes and glitches, I had a lot of fun and performed much better than expected.
