I did IM Louisville in 2008. It was such an awesome and beautiful course. Hilly on the bike and super flat for the run.

training is going great... looking forward to coming down to TEXAS. and looking forward to some hot summer training days.

What do you know about this Texasman course and what to expect at the race?

Expect some wind on race day. Hopefully there won't be any but tomorrow we are going to have 25-30mph winds. So if you were thinking about riding a Zipp 808 or 1080 up front, you might want to reconsider.

My Dad and I plan on doing the Texas Man bike course tomorrow morning. I will try to post the profile so those of you who are doing the race will know kind of what to expect.

The garmin pooped out on me when I turned it on, so I wasn't able to profile the course.  It's really pretty fast with rolling hills. The hills aren't very steep, but can be a little long. But overall I think it will be a fast course. I posted the details from the ride about the road conditions and hills on my blog, so check it out.
