Subject: Precor 9.27 Treadmill (Home Fitness) Belt Slipping?
I've had this treadmill for a year now and I've actively used it and adjusted to the fact that the belt can sometimes slip under my weight. My weight has fluctuated a bit since purchasing it but has remained over 205lbs, I'm at 210 now and the belt will slip when running at 5.5+ at less than a 2.0 incline; so the simple work around has been to set the incline at 2.0 or 2.5+, which is fine, I like the added effort required.

My question is, if you have used this treadmill, did you experience any belt slipping? And if not and don't mind answering, how much do you weigh?

I'm not going to base my weight loss goals on my treadmill belt slip frequency, but I don't plan on going much lower than 190lbs and am curious if it'll make any difference.

I have a different brand treadmill, but on mine there are a couple of screws at the back of the treadmill that you can tighten up to add more tension in case of slippage.  Can your's adjust for belt tension?
