Comments: Went out a little fast, but surprised myself with the gas left in the tank going up the hills and bringing it home. What would you do differently?: Start closer to the front. I had to dodge a lot of runners the first mile. Could probably have taken more water at the stops, and one more goo. Post race

Warm shower. Dressed in layers for varying temps. Banana and granola cereal with Perpetuem. Got to start early to get a good parking spot and stake out a place in the gym. It was cold and frosty, but warmed up by start time. Munched on a Kashi bar and drank water and gatorade. Packed two goos and some Endurolytes. Played with the layers of clothing until it felt right.
Light stretching and a light jog 45 min before the start. Jogged to starting line.
