Is there a website to sign up for any/ all of these?  I'm not a part of any tri organization (I'm in Swift Current)  But I am looking to do Regina Beach and possible the Icebreaker...

Registration for most of RMC's races is now open!

Registration for Saskatoon races will be listed on Saskatoon Triathlon Club's website, but I don't think anything is open yet:
