Vitruvian triathlon

Hi all, anyone else entered the Vitruvian for 2010 ?
I have never done it or any race over Olympic distance so plenty of training for me this year. Anybody got any advice for the race I would be grateful to receive your wisdom. My main question is do I use a road bike or go for TT bike as I know there is a fair bit of climbing so will I get more benefit from the road bike set up or will the TT bike be best overall.
