Pour water all over myself and head for shady area and try not to puke in front of my 3yr old, my 13yr old and my wife...

Event comments:

Had a great time! Was also camping for Fri and Sat night before the race, didn't seem to effect performance. Gave me the opportunity to check out the course and get comfortable with the setting.
