Comments:

This is a tough race due to the hills. There are two super steep hills, lots of rollers, and one long sustained hill at three miles. I tried to keep my HR pretty mellow until the long hill. I ran that hill really great! I started picking off people and then tried to turn it on for the remainder of the race. I managed to pass two more people in the final half mile. A comment that lots of people say about the long hill is that it sucks the life out of you.
