Comments: I thought I started my Polar w My first wading start. Got bashed around for the first 300M. too many people to seperate myself. What would you do differently?: Overall, I was pretty happy with 17 mins. It's a good improvement from the last tri. Just need to sperate myself earlier to get into a good rhythm. Transition 2
Comments: I got a bit dizzy coming out of the water, as I usually do, didn't want to kill myself so took my time. Run
Comments: I was a bit miffed here. I didn't get my watch started until I started my run and my Polar clocked a 28'30" run time, but I guess the official timer thought differently. Not sure why such the discrepancy... I even marked my pace every KM and it was certainly well below 6min/km.. oh well, it was a fun run anyways :). What would you do differently?: Try to ensure my watch is in sync with the official timer. Post race
Warm down: drank tons of water and isotonics. It was pretty hot outside. Found the massage booth to get my legs rubbed down. Last updated: 2010-03-01 12:00 AM
