Any of you fellas know where to get a "realistic" diet & training plan. We all have to work and I have 2 little ones so its not easy training every night of the week. I work in an office but can get to the gym through the day so....
humm.... the zillion quid question i am afraid, i am happy with my training but my diet is real bad for example yesterday i ran 6.4 miles, today swam 1000m but has 2 sandwiches, sweets, wine and risotto, i need help too !! let me know if u find anything !
