Comments: Went out a little fast... (20:57 1st 5K / 22:11 2nd 5K) the plan was to go out moderate and negative split my way home. I hadn't trained for this race really at all. Had just come off of 4 weeks of no running (with only 1 week of easy build), so I originally planned to just go out and have fun with it. But I really felt good and got caught up in the moment. All in all, it ended up being a great day to run. I even PR'd by over a minute. Right knee (previous IT issue) feels great, no problems at all! What would you do differently?: Not go out so fast on untrained legs and lungs...  Post race
