Subject: Nutrition Log Question
Silly question.  I like to keep track of the daily FIBER intake and water intake.  I have been using the Nutritional Tracker on the sight which is great except for the fact I can not find a way to track both FIBER and WATER intake as well as the normal Cals, prot, carbs etc..
Any suggestions anyone ??
Thanks.

Graphs --> Nutrition
You can directly choose fiber or water over any time period.

Week OR Month --> Nutrition
You will see Fiber totals reported under the carbs
You will see water totals too.

Does this help?

Ron thanks for the response.  Here is what I am trying to do, is set up my personal nutritional info to track what I want it to track vs. writing it down.  Love the sight...Just can't find fiber now.
here is what I am doing.
-Click on training log
-Training log settings
-nutrition settings
then chose the columns or headers for the items you want to track. Several to choose from EXCEPT fiber.  BUT when I look at the graphs as you suggested it does show Fiber but I am confused as to how to add a column to my personal settings for tracking purposes.
Again, Thanks for the help...I appreciate it.

You are correct.  Though it is not included as it is already shown if you have carbs checked.  Here are some screenshots of the various ways that fiber is tracked.

WOW !!!  Thanks for going the EXTRA mile and sending the graphs etc....I see the Fiber as long as it is there that is good.  I just I had to enter it somewhere and I can see I don't.
Again, Thanks for the info.

Just make sure that any 'custom foods' you create that you include the fiber content so that it can be followed.  All USDA database foods has fiber...and make sure that any foods that you use in the 'public database' has the correct fiber numbers.
