Seriously?! 40? I'm being completely honest when I say I never woulda guessed you were anywhere near 40.

If you really hate Winnemucker that much, can you talk to your old company and see if you can come back? Or talk to another company if you burned bridges.... there's lotsa work in Denver right now. I say do what it takes to make yourself happy. You only live once.

Happy Birthday Mary!  Forty's are great...at least that is what I have found in the first three years of them.  In fact, the first place finisher of  the last tri I did was 40!!!  She was over a minute ahead of #2.

Celebrate the big 4-0!

I was an independent contractor/consultant in Denver.  Right now I have a highly visible (within the industry) position and if I left it abruptly, it would mark me.  I have made a committment for 2 years, and I will stick with it.  I have alot of respect for my boss, who is the reason I took this job, and I would not want to let her down...  now that I think about it, I shouldn't be submitting this from company computers!   DOH!

Thanks all for telling me you thought I was quite a bit younger......    I was thinking about botox, but luckily it is not available in this town......
