Comments: Good Run. Pacing needs improvement. Left 45 seconds out there. Regardless I set a Personal Best here. What would you do differently?: Pay attention to my pacing. I felt fine and could have pushed more I think. Started my final push too late. Post race
Warm down: Light stretching and jogging. What limited your ability to perform faster: Lack of focus on my pace. General speed. Event comments: This a course to set a PB on. Fast Flat and enjoyable. Normal 10K routine. Balance Bar at 6am, 12 oz decaf coffee, Gatorade sips all morning. GU (chocolate/caffine) 30 min before race time.
