Actually the race went really well. I ran a 3:22:05 so I can't be anything but happy. BQ was 3:15 but I would never delude myself into thinking that I had another 7 minutes in my legs yesterday... Maybe sometime in the future though.

good job on your first marathon. I think most people have to take a couple of stabs at the BQ time, although there are for sure some lucky ones. If its a goal keep plugging away, looks like it is in reach.

Way to go wannabe! Awesome time for your first, a BQ is definitely within reach. Took me 5 tries.....speed drills work!

Don't make same mistake I did and come back too fast/furious after your first......you did a lot of damage to yourself yesterday and need some time to heal. I ended up aggrevating a knee issue and spent 3 months in PT trying t break the cycle.....
