Bought a Cannondale road bike in March 2010...what a difference this has made for me....big improvement since last season!! Time was 1:09 last year!!! Also rode all year (yep even in the winter!)

Jump on bike with shoe clipped in!!!

I know this was by far my best performace in this sport....
