I will be there on business this coming week. Any good running trails, routes, LBS, LRS etc... I should not miss while I am there? I plan on running everyday, most likely 5 or 6 in the morning.

Greenville is a great town.  I have been here for over 10 years.  I just got into tri's a couple years ago and usually run near my house.  I have heard that the Swamp Rabbit Trail out of downtown Gville is pretty good.  I posted the link below.  As far as LBS, check out Carolina Triathlon.  Great shop with an awesome staff.  Very knowledgable and friendly.  Their address is:

928 S. Main Street, Greenville

For running, there are two to check out:  Run In and Fleet Feet.  Both are on Augusta Rd (within 1/2 mile of each other).

Don't know if you are into baseball, but they have the single A Boston Red Sox affiliate, Greenville Drive that play there.  Their stadium is a miniature Fenway Park with the Green Monster and everything.  Good times and really cheap.

If you want to indulge and like beer, I recommend Barley's Taproom.  Huge beer selection and great pizza - if you go, try one of the Highland Beers.

Greenville is a great place with a ton of stuff to do.  Have fun!

There is also gotrisports.com downtown. There is a nice YMCA downtown. For running I would second the Swamp Rabbit trail.

Doesn't George Hincapie live around there somewhere? Granted, I think he is racing in Belgium now but I think that is where he is based out of?

If so, you can count on some good riding somewhere around there!

Yeah, Hincapie is from G'ville.  There is a Hincapie store as well where you can get some great gear for a huge price.

If you like hiking Table Rock is a nice hike.
