Went out too strong. Right Hamstring started cramping at 10 miles. Pulled up on the pace and coasted in last 4 miles.
What would you do differently?:

Need to go deeper into training. Strength training is lacking. Speed is lacking.

Warm down:

Fluids, light stretching, walking, refuel.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Lack of strength traing, distance depth, not working intervals into training last 4 weeks. Focusing on tri training more than the 1/2 distance last 4 weeks.

This is a race to set a PB at. Race is fast out and back.
