So my Garmin is not working I can hear sounds but nothing comes on the screen...problem please help

try resetting it.  That's about all I can think of.  There is a contrast setting that MAYBE you messup up so you can't see it.  Resetting my bring back the defaults.

reset isn't seeming to work...I'm trying to get through to Garmin now...HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE "on hold" music
