First tri ever. I only ate a little, because I did it with Tricia and that is what she does. Looking back, I could have eaten a little bit more. I also didn't go to bed early enough.

i didnt know your from akron...or at least near it.  you doing the september 11 sprint or oly at portage lakes too for 2005?
