ate breakfast, that's all. was a little late getting going so didn't have time for much else

Comments:

there was one long hill not to long after the start. i figured i'd run as long as i could and then walk some. well before long i was walking more then running. finally i gave up and decided to walk up the hills and run down them. i did OK, though. it wasn't my fastest race, for sure. but it wasn't my slowest either.

What would you do differently?:

not much. think i did OK

Course:	it was pretty hilly. people who say Kansas is flat have never been to Lawrence. it doesn't go flat till you go west of Lawrence.
